Back in the Saddle??

Here is sit; it's 1pm and I'm just getting into my organic Montana Grizzly coffee beans from my suitcase.

It is fresh, good and STRONG. Just what I need.

I am still located on planet recovery after our 2.5 weeks in the wild wild west.

And boy was it wild.

The first night we got home I had to get up a couple of times during the night to use the bathroom. Both times I didn't know where I was.....

Anyways, the trip was wounderful. More on all that later.

I am currently trying to unbury myself from at least 20 loads of laundry, while doing all my usual mommy/teacher things and working. And, lets just say the trip and all it contained finally has caught up with me.

I have a hundred or so beautiul pictures i want to share, I just don't feel right about downloading pics for a couple of hours until my laundry pile has shrunk considerably.

In case anyone was woundering, it is STILL raining here. To those of you who have not been to our house in NC, our driveway is right across the road from the French Broad river. I was greeted tuesday afternoon with our road being closed, so I had to take a 20 min detour. All on about 1 hour of sleep, hauling luggage and two cranky children around various airports. (I will not do another night flight:)

Anyways, they opened our road thursday afternoon, but its been pouring all am. Thats just to much rain for me.

Have a great weekend Ya'll!!
